I'm going to debug the DSP in Dolphin while it's playing one of these files, I'll see what info I can get from there.

Headerless files are absolute nightmares, but seeing how the game deals with them internally may be the missing piece to the puzzle.

Yes, but you can see it's almost correct while using the file name offset. But still, they are not the right coeffs.
