- Don't think all the OOT3d sequences where converted or converted right. I didn't hear the fire temple, battle music and a few others and some were blank midis.

- A heads up, cseq2midi will not work on the shadow temple theme (BGM_DARKNESS_DUNGEON.cseq) I've tried converting it several times.

- Found a KTD rip. Has fake composer guesses though, so those can be removed.

- The question is, does it use all streams?
Mario Kart Wii used both streams and sequences. It's almost all streams, but there were sequences for the MKWii channel. I don't think they would've been able to fit all those dynamic channels in otherwise, as I'm not sure if a BRSTM can fit more than 8 channels.
As for MK7, I'm not sure. I'm not confident the new wi-fi theme is streamed, even though it could be. I am confident, however, that the game at least mostly uses streams.
