- Here you go, stay classy.

- I would be interested in SC-55 as well. Nobuo Uematsu used SC-88pro and I would very be interested in that as well!
Also does anyone have a rip of the Roland SR-JV80-04 expansion card? Apparently if you use use it on JD990 there are some additional patches to be found. I think it might have this chime sample (used in Besaid Island from FFX).

- Thanks a lot, Can!

- Does anyone have a soundfont for the SC-88? I think nintendo used it in some of their gamecube games.

- A SC-88 soundfont would be awesome. Even though I already have Hyper Canvus. It doesn't have all instruments from a 88 though. Thanks for the SC-55 sf2. Will see if its better than the one I have already.
Just started playing some old games again and noticed Flying Dragon uses all sounds from a sc-55 and Aero Fighters Assault uses all sounds from a SC-88.

- I searched a while back and couldn't find them for the life of me.

- What Benjamin said. The closest I've found are a mere few select patches on places like Hammersound, but nowhere near as complete as the SC-55. Perhaps it's because of the ubiquity of the former...
Apparently the Virtual Sound Canvas is closer to a SC-88 than the HyperCanvas is, though. Maybe that would be worth looking at?
Edit: Unrelated but does anyone have a Pulsar Modular Synth? There's a supposedly excellent recreation of the Roland JD-800 for it...

- I can't help but noticing you're asking if someone has PMS.
Is this what you're talking about, the Virtual Sound Canvas? Man, that software looks like it was designed in 1995.

- Geez, that wasn't the best thing to see in the middle of class, I'm still chuckling inside!
That's gotta be the one! They say it's closer to the SC series than the HyperCanvas, at least. It's also made around 2000 if I'm not wrong... At least it works as a VST apparently.

- I haven't installed VSC on this computer but from what I remember its all sampled at 22khz and doesn't even resample itself so most of it sounds awful.
