How does one go about converting/playing LWAV files?

I thought LWAV and LOGG were designed so that they will still play on devices that play WAV and OGG, however if the player supports the LWAV or the LOGG data it will loop.

VGMStream supports LWAV and LOGG.

The Test.exe file included will convert LWAV to WAV or LOGG to WAV.

In theory LWAV should be able to be opened by any WAVE editor and saved as a WAV, etc..

The loop data may/will be lost on saving from a program that doesn't support it.

At least I think thats what LWAV is. If someone could confirm I'd be grateful. The Test.exe will convert it to WAV however.

You know, you could just rename LWAV to WAV. Sound Forge can read these and import the loop data as well.

Hey, has Lost Odyssey ever been ripped? I'm guessing yes, but it's not on the tracker, is it? I looped the soundtrack and would like to compare against the game versions to see if I did it all properly and if there is anything else that would be of interest before I post it on ffshrine.
