Does anybody even have that, and is it legit? Because now I'm seriously considering whether or not people will ever have a tool to decrypt 3DS released.

Is that even real? I would scan it before thinking it's legit :( and I'm not sure raw dumps for the Wii U will ever happen anytime soon...

It's not there, sorry :( I think it's legit, the reason Robotortoise removed it was probably because he wanted to be more tidy. But he shouldn't've removed it.

Hi. Yeah, the 3DS decryption tools was....not for decrypting the game carts. I'll add them back up though.

FYI though, I tend to remove things in my "robotortoise" folder every so often, because it's where I store files to send to other people bc I'm lazy. So don't expect it to stay there forever. :P

I'll be doing more research on converting banks for Wii and 3DS. I do hope someone can rip the sound folder for Animal Crossing, since that'll help.
