Well the version I have was downloaded from Google Play through my phone around 2 days ago.

edit: Actually I just tried it again and this time it worked but I'm not sure why. I had pushed the file from adb as well as downloaded the 7zip from the archive from my phone before but neither worked. This time I just tried downloading it again from my phone and rescanning the database and it picked it up.

The program does crash frequently when I try to scan multiple 7zip archives at once, although for some reason this doesn't happen if I add the files while the player is playing back a file (???).

I have a moto g with 1 gig of ram so I'm assuming it's a hardware problem I guess.

Where is this dropbox link that you are referring to exactly?

https://github.com/droidmjt/Droidsound/issues/114

Thats the place where you should report all the problems/bugs.

1GB of ram should be enough for anything droidsound-e needs.

Remember that all the 7zips from joshw.info are using solid-block option which is a memory hog. Either repack them with non-solid block option (7zip), or use deflate (ZIP) or just keep them unpacked, after all, most of the files are compressed already so you won't win much.

Ok I'll try unpacking them.

The unpacker could be changed to use temporary storage, but then every time you unpack a new archive, it will be eating up the capacity and lifetime of your flash storage.

heart almost stopped when my database was suddenly empty, thinking that my poor filing habits had finally caused severe damage to the filesystem. But it was just a hiccup during an update. I'm still not used to this (not particularly) new age of unobtrusive updates/patches...

Thanks for the new stuff, especially NCSF support. It was a nice surprise after a week of technological setbacks.

also, I can't believe it took me until just now to realize I should combine FadeOut with "Additional song length" to get the kind of fades I wanted...

Hot Damn Diggedy Dogshit! I did not know this was even a thing.

Now I'm more excited for the FiiO X7 than ever.

This thing is going to save me time AND space.
Phew, no more flac conversions on this end!

At least, not for personal VGM that I'm too lazy to tag.

Just wanted to popin and say thanks for DroidSound-E

It's nice to finally have a portable player that plays all the game music you can dream of in their original format! O_O

A little request: Is it possible to add play database? I noticed there is a long-touch gesture on subfolders but not on the root DB itself.
LED lights by rebecca02 at 3:36 AM EST on December 25, 2017
LED solar lights are best alternatives to traditional lights because they can save power. Yet back in many years ago, it is unbelievable that lights can be powered by harnessing the power of the sun. However, you can see solar LED lights everywhere today, in houses, building, or right in the street.

But do how know how these solar lights LED work? The secret lies in the photovoltaic effect and the solar cell equipped inside the solar light. The solar cell is the component that converts sunlight into direct electrical current. Usually the solar cell is made as a dark panel at the top of a solar LED light.

No thanks. All of us here are about wasting electricity and burning money. All hail incandescent lightbulbs. Take your hippie junk elsewhere.
