- I already added ATRAC3+ to my fork of VGMSTREAM, which works nicely. The only thing I haven't added is plain ATRAC3, mainly because I didn't want to go and import my own version of FFMPEG.
Now that I've done pretty much that with Cog, I may be able to work out something for VGMSTREAM, whittling it down to just the codecs and stream format handlers that VGMSTREAM is likely to use.
Heh, my fork also supports MP4/AAC using MP4V2 and fdkaac, which would be another codec and container I could offload to FFMPEG.

- I know you are not probably the right person to ask this, but given hcs commitment to his PhD, maybe you could add your changes to mainline VGMStream/in_vgmstream as well?
pmh is closing in on PSP release date, I'd love to have an easy way of playing back AT3/AT3+ for all major music players by then.

- My source should readily compile with the Winamp plugin already bundled into the same source tree. I just haven't gotten around to compiling any of the other plugins.

- I would really appreciate if anyone capable would provide compiled binaries for the updated Winamp VGMStream plugin - I'm aiming for total parity between players in pmh, and so far with the exception of WSR and NGP (unless foo_gep supports them now) rips I think I've been able to do so.

- Don't have the free time I used to, so I just finally got around to trying foobar2000 with the forked plugin. Thanks, kode54, for integrating the AT3+ stuff.

- So apparently, proper ATRAC3+ support has been added recently to FFDShow. It has already supported ATRAC3 for quite a while, maybe it'd be time to add both formats to VGMStream (without using the MaiAT3PlusDecoder hack kode54 currently uses for his builds, since that's definitely not kosher).

- I did a rip to BlazBlue Chronophantasma for the PS3. Credits to AlphaTwentyThree along with the design of QuickBMS for making this possible!
The rip didn't remove duplicates since the .MSF files seem to all have different values from file to file, so I left it the same.
Inside the .rar comes with an easy extraction batch to convert .MSF to .AT3, assuming you have the proper player to play .AT3 files.
I'm sorry that I didn't remove the "segs" line on these file names, I left them as is along with the file names. I'm also sorry that I uploaded a .rar rather than a .zip, but idk if this is a big problem or not since I haven't uploaded in a while.
Please let me know what adjustments should be made on the rip. Enjoy!

PPSSPP emulator which uses FFDShow for both ATRAC3 and ATRAC3+ decoding: PPSSPP repository
Core/HLE/sceAtrac.cpp might be useful
