Are you saying clicking on my link does nothing? That's a bit of a surprise given it refers directly to the file (that is, no page resources for IE to barf on).
Don't know what to tell you... Right-click -> save link as? Use a different browser? DL from some other machine? Post your address so we can mail you a CD?

Yep, HCS is spot on. It's Dolphin r7719, but it's been modified to output a timecodes file so that the video and audio sync up as they're shown on the emulator. The native video dumping feature of Dolphin is very flawed without this.
I think all I'll need is the Dolphin executable (though there's only one way to find out).
I can't offer much information though, this version is different to all the other AV Sync versions out there and was supplied to me because the person responsible was friendly and I asked!
