You can always rip these yourself; there's a fork of VGMTrans that supports RSAR sequences.

I don't have those files readily available, but I do have the BRSAR archives:

Wii Menu
Wii Shop Channel
Mii Channel

The MIDIs and soundfonts can be extracted using Jasper's fork of VGMTrans. I'll admit the build is extremely unstable, but it should be capable of extracting what you need.

wow, thank you *so* much. I've been trying to reverse engineer the main menu theme for the last week or so but it's proved quite difficult to do by ear, these files will prove immensely helpful
