I don't know what song was associated with that game, either, though I did do some minimal research before coming to that conclusion.
If you remember it you might pick up the FF8 PSF set and see what track it is, the PSF set uses the same track names as the OST.

- I'd like to see that We ♥ Katamari psf set uploaded again. The soundtracks I've downloaded so far are missing a few songs that I can't find anywhere. Plus, I like "infinite" looping.
