- Regarding Banjo-Tooie Prelim Rips by AI-M at 4:40 AM EDT on May 29, 2006
- The dynamic song split tags for B-T seem to offset the start of the song, making it play 1-2 seconds from the beginning of the song. Is it my computer doing it?
- Wolfenstein 3D by Christuserloeser at 1:29 PM EDT on June 12, 2006
- Hello there. I'd like to thank you very much for your great work on bringing us N64 music ! :)
Allow me to request Wolfenstein 3D as one of your next rips. I would love to include the OST of the N64 version in a Wolfenstein 3D fan disk for PC and SEGA Dreamcast which will be released with the new Wolfenstein 3D port for Dreamcast in a few weeks.

- UF needs help with x86 assembly. by unknownfile at 10:11 PM EDT on June 12, 2006
- Hello!
Here's my problem:
I'm attempting to try and move the bytes in a register over so they are readable by another function. So:
DEAD0000 would become 0000DEAD
If anyone knows the x86 function please tell me.
- Is there an M1 compatibility list anywhere? by Vague Rant at 9:00 AM EDT on June 16, 2006
- I know this is off-topic, but I've seen people talking about M1 here before, so I figured it might get an answer. I was wondering which games M1 supports at the moment. I'm currently listening to Mega Man (I have the QSFs, but I can't play them in foobar2000), so there's that. Anything else I should know?
- Mario Kart Double Dash by agu fungus at 7:39 PM EDT on July 13, 2006
- Hello. I see that the latest version of in-cube finally works with MKDD (only the ASTs so far which is good), but what I don't know is what the rest of the files are for. Plus, the rest of the tracks are missing, so I assume that they are compressed within the AW files. If so, is or will there be a tool to extract them fropm those files (they are in the Waves folder).
- Here's an ADX experiment for ya... :) by SquareTex at 6:23 PM EDT on July 16, 2006
- Just to see if I can get the hang of ADX homebrewing, I extracted the tracks from the first disc of the Dirge of Cerberus OST that are clearly loopable. (At least, I hope I got all of them.) And after much work, here's what I got:
http://www.sendspace.com/file/khjj5d
Because they were encoded at the traditional 44.1, they are kinda bulky.
This was pretty fun, and I just wanted to share. :)

- Tips for DK64 USF tagging by Tanookirby at 2:17 PM EDT on July 30, 2006
- If Wedge009 is reading this, then I recommend that he watch these videos on Donkey Kong 64 if he or anyone else wants to name the unknown files in the DK64 USF set. If they do, then try watching the whole movie to find all of the instances where these sounds are heard.
DK64 speedrun site
Be patient if some files take long to download.
EDIT: I have just discovered where some of these sounds are. I'll show you when and where these occur in the videos as I watch them.
Unknown 4 - Part 2 video; Angry Aztec; Diddy is using the rocket barrel blast.
Unknown 5 - Part 4; Gloomy Galleon; during the boat race (might appear in other races).
Unknown 6 and Unknown 7 - Part 2; DK Isle after leaving Fairy Isle; one sound occurs right after the other; happens several times (one song already named needs to be corrected).
Unknown 8 - Part 4; Gloomy Galleon; during the boss fight

- The Total Idiot's Guide to xSF Ripping by unknownfile at 10:34 PM EDT on July 31, 2006
- Since all the guides out there suck nowadays, I've decided to start writing my own that doesn't pertain to a single xSF format, and contains a bit of information on how the scene got started. Feel free to contribute information and make corrections.
The guide will always be located here.
