- @Dais:
Rune Factory Frontier (2008)(Neverland)(Marvelous)[WII][BRSTM - DSP] available @ hcs tracker
US version, so 10 or so songs are in english. Don't have JPN ISO to rip their version, don't want to waste 4 GB for that too.
Nice music overall.

- Hello, may I request for the stream set from the japanese version of Klonoa Wii? Also, some of the tracks have to split because of its multiple channels, so is it possible to do that, too?
- by bxaimc at 11:46 PM EDT on May 6, 2009
- The tracks don't have to be split
- by agu fungus at 11:50 PM EDT on May 6, 2009
- Then how do I play them in vgstream? As far as I know, the downloadable set of Super Mario Galaxy had their dynamic tracks separated into single tracks, because they could not be played altogether.

- And that was what, a year ago? VGMstream handles as many channels as the stream files contain. If there's a problem, it's a limitation of your hardware/media player, not VGMstream (at least, this is what I've seen). This was fixed quite awhile ago. It's one of the reasons that Okami was redistributed. HCS split that one up, but once VGMstream had the proper multi-channel support, the unaltered version (as in, original, off the disk data) is what was passed around, and is what you'll find on HCS's site now. So yah, I very strongly doubt the files are going to be split. Though, using VGMstream, you can split the files if you want. It'll output mult-channel WAVs, which can be split using a WAV editor. There might be other methods, but that's the one I know of off-hand. Mouser X over and out.

- If you do want to split the tracks, I've updated Revolution B (now 0.3) to extract up to 8 channels. You can then rebuild pairs into stereo brstm if you like.
It would go like this for a 4 channel brstm:
revb.exe --extract many.brstm 1.dsp 2.dsp 3.dsp 4.dsp
revb.exe --build first.brstm 1.dsp 2.dsp
revb.exe --build second.brstm 3.dsp 4.dsp
I just tested it out with Mario Kart Wii, all I had to change was the maximum channel count and it reads them fine. Have to add building support for that some time, and PCM...

While I thank you for putting it up, this is not the version I was looking for. I'm looking for the Japanese set. The American set has track 52 (Title Screen) in different languages minus Japanese. That's why I'm looking for the Japanese stream set.
