- Just took a look at the Sonic Rush .sdat files. They all DO have music in them - each stage theme is stored in a separate .sdat.

- @Kurtis: That's interesting scheme for the music in Sonic Rush. I guess the only way to rip it is just a straight .2sf rip. The size difference between that and a .mini2sf rip shouldn't be that much. Please let us know if you make any progress.

- I might consider looking into Sonic Rush... but don't expect the stupid king of 2sf to make progress.

- They should love you more, UF.
Only thing I've contributed was the easy way to detect times (and that's done by someone's other program as well). Rest is based on your (hard) work.

- @Knurek: What program do you use to time sets? Sounds interesting.
In other news, vio2sf v0.10 is now available.
- vio2sf 0.10 by DX7Rocks at 7:47 AM EST on February 4, 2008
- Nice release, but there are currently two different builds of vio2sf 0.10 available for download.
Does anyone know what's the difference between the normal and the 33MHz version?
(much lower CPU usage at the expense of a slight drop in sound accuracy?)

- marioman, it's already been mentioned earlier.
Read this: http://www.vgmusic.com/~lunar/2sfrippingwalkthrough.txt
I think the only thing the build differ is the emulated ARM9 CPU frequency (about 1 MHz of difference). Not sure about what that causes, slightly different pitch perhaps?
Both builds support some special tags that will underclock the emulated CPU (resulting in lesser CPU requirements but possibly introducing some errors).
I guess. :)
