- Metal Gear Solid 4 .bgm FLAC ripping problem by thomas04 at 2:16 AM EDT on April 17, 2021
- Hey everyone. I'm trying to rip all of the music from MGS4 on foobar but only a few are able to be converted. The others say they have an error in them. I've tried updating my encoders, removing and adding DSP filters, and yet nothing works. I tried converting it to .ogg then to .flac, and it worked. But when i listen to it, it's slowed down and theres a clicking sound all throughout the audios. If anyone can help, it would be a massive thanks.
- muting psf2 channels by thatguy at 11:30 PM EDT on April 29, 2021
- So basically, doing my research over the net, Audio Overload has the possibility to mute channels using PSF file. However, using PSF2 file cannot be read using Audio Overload and doesn't have the option to mute channels. Is there a program or something that can mute channels?
- still can't upload any files by etrain_quandt17 at 10:00 AM EDT on May 4, 2021
- Alright, I waited a few months to see if things went back to normal, but I still can't upload any files. It's different from before though, I says it's uploaded but when I check the directory listing it's not there. Can anyone explain what's going on?
- Bionicle: Matoran Adventures GSF (Work in Progress) by loveemu at 1:05 PM EDT on May 4, 2021
- Bionicle - Matoran Adventures (2002-10-29)(Argonaut)(Electronic Arts) (WIP)
The archive comes with an IPS file for creating unoptimized gsflib files.
The most core work of ripping is done, but I got bored before I could explore the song pointers to pass to minigsf.
Also, the initialization and interrupt routines leave some processing unrelated to sound, so you can try to optimize those if you want to reduce the CPU load to the ultimate.

- editing .usm file for Tekken 7 by FarshadGrayson at 10:22 PM EDT on May 13, 2021
- things that i know :
they have used Scaleform video format (USM)
Scaleform Video encoder only supports .Avi files but they have used .mov files somehow !
you can extract .usm files using crid and ffmpeg .
I'm trying to change the audio through the .usm files which includes both video and audio , but i can't find a clue ! can anyone help me , this is so important because our team is trying to dub this game to our language so if anyone can help , that would be very appreciated :)
- ME Legendary edition notes by Dark_Ansem at 10:33 AM EDT on May 18, 2021
- So, a couple notes while digging the game files.
1-the old tools only work partially. I tried the AFC extractor on ME2 files and it can only find around half the files.
2-BGM files appear to have doubled in bitrate size. They still are WWise ogg files however. Still no clue about loop points, but maybe they are found in PCC files, some help would be really appreciated
2.5-loop points, and general audio information, might be buried inside the PCC files, but I have no idea how to browse them, for the life of me.

- Panzer Dragoon Saga: extracting missing tracks from the ROM by fedex1 at 6:01 AM EDT on June 3, 2021
- Hello,
I’m currently extracting all the music files from the rom of PDS, I can get the .seq (midi) and .bin (soundbank) for every track basically, but I can’t seem to find some tracks that are on the official memorial album of Panzer Dragoon Saga, liek “Into the promised landâ€, “Tearsâ€, "Village of Zoah", "Eternal Farewell" and more.
How to get them? They are in a different format? They were only added in the release album and not in the official game?
You can get a list of all the files here: https://hiddenpalace.org/Panzer_Dragoon_Saga_(Dec_22,_1997_prototype)
Thank you
