I wouldn't put the names and times in yet, UF. This is probably a preliminary set. None of the files start at the very beginning, and there is a chance that some of the tempo will be corrected.

Then there is this problem with the Spiral Mountain themes. After a while, the music gets weird and just stops.

Here's some flaws that I noticed, save the obvious time and cut-out start:

-There are about 10 prologue events, many of which are the same.
-There are 3 identical Bottles' House themes.
-There are 3 identical MYH/HFP Kickball themes.
-There are 3 identical Cave of Horrors (I think)
-Mayahem Temple Shootout is too fast.
-Grunty Industries Interiors is too fast.
-Two of the Interior themes in Glitter Gulch Mine go too fast.
-Some tracks are pure nothing. Others are just wind.

Sparse95 is not a repeat tune if that's what you thought.

There are 3 identical Cave of Horrors (I think)

You're wrong. One is used for the Dodgem Domes and the other two are for the Haunted Zone, one of which is used for the Inferno.

Some tracks are pure nothing. Others are just wind.

Those might be sound effects. As I said before, all tracks don't start at the very beginning, so the sound effect might have been cut off.

There are 3 identical MYH/HFP Kickball themes.

Keep sparse84 playing even after it seemingly ends. You might hear a familiar tune several times.

Thank you for confirming all of that. I completely forgot that the Dogem Dome Lobby and select others had different music.

Are you sure about the Bottles' house? This is what I recorded when going through all the songs individually, last night:
80_sparse95 -bottles' house
82_sparse98 -bottles' house other
83_sparse99 -bottles' house other 2

All of those tracks are used in cutscenes, more specifically the last two.

I have to ask a question or two about something that isn't Banjo-Tooie-related, but Banjo-Kazooie:

Could someone re-rip 'Gruntilda's Lair (Mumbo's Mountain)' from Banjo-Kazooie? The main lair theme plays in the background as well, causing that particular track to turn out rather poorly.

Also, would anyone be kind enough to re-rip the Ending Beach? The TTC seagulls effect plays in the background, where in the normal game, it doesn't.

Thank you.

Ok, here is another rip of banjo tooie. I'm quite sure that it should unextract correctly.

All the tracks should play fully now without stopping prematurely, and they all should start at the beginning :)

Although this uses the same speed control as the previous rip, with the values provided by ugetab.

yippee

The tracks still cut off the beginning a little, but they're not as bad as the last rips.

And the main Mayahem Temple theme loses an instrumment around the 1:15 mark.

You also missed a sound effect (sparse9b). Check the preliminary rip here to find anything else you missed.

From deep in my heart, Josh, I thank you.

Edit: I just converted them all to WAV format, and
every track is 3 minutes and 10 seconds long.
