Tomodachi Life uses a new encryption which only GateWay (3DS flash card) can decrypt and they are not sharing.

You can expect that most future games will use this new encryption.

To follow what crediar said, Smash Bros and Pokemon OR/AS most likely won't be rippable, given our current tools.
