Mega Man 9 - NSF? by Rew at 10:13 AM EDT on September 24, 2008
So, Mega Man 9 was released this week on WiiWare in all its 8-bit glory, including with the good old NES 8-bit chiptunes.

Now am I naive enough to believe that the music for this game can be ripped in NSF format, or because it's not actually from the NES, is that a no-go?

I was just curious about that. ;0)
Ripper for Genesis by AllenSword at 4:40 PM EDT on September 25, 2008
Hi. I was just wandering if there is such a thing as a ripper or explorer for the sega genesis.

These forums + Opera... issue by Franpa at 9:08 PM EDT on September 26, 2008
Hello, why do links appear as black when using Opera 9.5x? It is very annoying trying to find links and having to rely on mouse overs. In Firefox 3 and IE 8 beta 2, it appears fine.

I'll start with Sega Dreamcast - Music - [DSF] (2008-10-03) (Torrent)

Dat's to all released xSF sets can be found >here< (as long as snakemeat hasn't updated his site ;])

Keep in mind that those dats aren't compatible with clrmamepro, they're for VGMtoolbox, designed by snakemeat

VGMtoolbox can be found >here<

have fun

Small Request by icewolf762 at 2:45 PM EDT on October 6, 2008
Greetings everyone.

Recently, my hard drive went kaboom (well it died) and I lost alot of rips. I've managed to get a few back but I can't seem to find any others and was wondering if anyone could point me to any active links/torrents.

The rips I really want back are (note all are Gamecube):
Phantasy Star Online Episode I & II
Phantasy Star Online Episode III
Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness
Sonic Adventure DX
Sonic Adventure 2 Battle
Sonic Heroes
Zelda Wind Waker (Music Only)

Thats about it/all I can remember. Thank you in advance.

UF creates a new useless project by unknownfile at 1:33 PM EDT on October 9, 2008
Hi guys. I am starting another project, which is probably never going to be finished unless I start attention-whoring, so now would be the best time to do so.

I present to you:

[bold]SUPER MEGA SOUND EMULATOR 2000[/bold]

After leeching ruthlessly off MAME for code, I think I will try and do something for the project. No, this isn't a stupid M1 clone - what I am attempting to do is have it support ripped music and original ROMs of games that don't fall under the patched crap that hoot uses.

SUPER MEGA SOUND EMULATOR 2000 currently has a NSF driver which is a piece of crap and a half, and since I haven't even tested it, I know it's bad. It will expand to include other ripped formats as I learn to code with this messy code.

So, essentially, it's M1/hoot with a File Open option. Nothing interesting.

Eternal Darkness .aud by Slowking at 8:17 PM EDT on October 9, 2008
Is there any way to convert Eternal Darkness .aud files? I've searched for something like this on and off for years and by now I'm pretty desperate.
So is there any tool allready out there, or would it be possible to include it in in_cube?
Your help would be soooo much appreceated!
