- Wow. It's great seeing N64 music rips again! I'm sure I can say this for everyone here; thanks a lot for doing these!
- Thanks Josh W, but there is a problem by Infomaniac95 at 8:02 AM EST on November 6, 2017
- I really want to thank you for ripping the music from Lego Racer's, and I really do appreciate it. However, there is one problem, and that is not all of the tracks are present.

- I've noticed that USF ripping is semi-active again, so may I ask, is it possible to rip the music from South Park for N64? I've looked for rips from it everywhere, but only PS1 rip is currently available. I assume it's one of the games which makes USF impossible to rip from?

- Doesn't the game just use MP3s on N64?

- @Krunek - Well, the thing is how to dump these MP3s from a N64 ROM?

- New USF sets? This is quite a pleasant surprise!
First and foremost, I've always wanted a "Starshot: Space Circus Fever" set, It's crazy to look back and think I actually might have first requested it almost a decade ago. I'd also be interested in a South Park set, but to a lesser extent. I think at some point I was able to to get sequences out of the game (using VGMTrans, perhaps?), but this was a few years ago and I'm probably wrong or thinking of different game.
I'd also be interested to see fixes for both the "Gex 64: Enter the Gecko" set, which is missing the "Toon TV" BGM (and potentially other tracks) and the "Donkey Kong 64" and "Banjo Tooie" sets - which cut off the first sample at the start of each song in the set (with some being more noticeable than others). As an example, the problem is very noticable in "114 K Rool Duel.miniusf" in the Donkey Kong 64 set, as the first brass note is missing entirely, as is the initial impact from the cymbal. For an example in the "Banjo-Tooie" set, "hag 1.miniusf" is a similar track which is also missing the first brass note. There was also a preliminary "Banjo-Tooie" rip at one point that didn't cut off the first note but instead played the first sample incorrectly, at a decreased volume (which I think was around 6db lower than the rest of the track).
I remember the dynamic tracks being a recurring problem back when the sets were first figured out, and so I know it might be a lot more work than it's worth to fix those particular sets - so I understand if it's not even worth attemping. I'm just happy to see that this has picked up some steam again after all this time!
Thank you for all the effort!

- I think I just found some issues with the Mario Kart rerip. In winamp with 64th note, there is no difference in speed with the rerip and the original set. The second issue is something I'm still investigating, but it seems there might be some strange looping issues with the tracks after playing them for extended periods that i've only that I've only got with lazyusf.
EDIT: Yep, just confirmed that one of the tracks, "Koopa Troopa Beach", start having weird playback issues at the 7:18 mark. Others could be affected as well. Doesn't appear to happen in winamp.

- Seems to be a timing issue with MK64.
The CPU hangs for a few seconds and then continues.
Yeah, the enableFIFOfull behavior is slightly different between 64th note and LazyUSF as both handle the audio interrupts very differently.
What would play fine on Lazyusf, will either won't work, play the same or play fast on 64th Note.
It's almost enough to have a new custom tag designating this.
Now for Lego Racers, what this game does is package up the level data, sound data, and code for each level indivudually. Which makes it a right bastard to rip, as each track will probally need to be found, and ripped manually.
Rogue Squadron does this as well, which is why it isn't ripped :(
Now, my goal for the new player is to fix all the sets which I had to jury-rig into playing due to the bad timing of Project64.
This can be heard in the sets which tend to have the start cut off, due to the need for a mandatory delay.
This can be heard mainly in the latter Rare Games (DK64, Conker, Banjo Tooie)

- I guess I will make one more request then. I was originally thinking of just making a list of games that have yet to be ripped, but that would probably end up looking like one giant request anyway...
I want to request "Mortal Kombat Mythologies: Sub Zero". The reason for this game? The ps1 version is just as sequenced, but I can't rip it due to using a non generic sequence format. So I'm just wondering if the N64 version might be an easier bet.

- I completely forgot to mention, "Board Outro" in the Mario Party set plays a completely different track (and so "Board Outro") is entirely missing.
Changing the miniusf to point to "NUS-CLBE-USA-1.usflib" instead of "NUS-CLBE-USA-2.usflib" fixes the problem, but it might be worth updating the set.
