Thanks! Which version is it from?

P.S. Could you post the file layout from that version also?

Thanks crediar! I'll get channel volumes for downmixing the 14 channel _Edit songs over the weekend.

Can't seem to listen to the 14 channel ones yet, using foobar

I don't think Control has been paying attention to a single thing that was said about streams with more than ... I think 8 or 10 channels not being playable that way...

Hi, those 14 channels files requires any specific soundcard to be played?

See ya

Your audio player needs to support multiple channel outputs. I couldn't get foobar to downmix properly with Channel Mixer nor with any Matrix Mixer all these plugins can only work with up to 7.1 (8 ch).
I could get Winamp to play more than 14 channels using not DirectSound but the WaveOut Plugin.

Install http://jackaudio.org/ on your machine and use that as the output device in Winamp. Then you can use the JackRouter to route and downmix the channels you want to whereever you want to.

Alternatively, you could also use vgmstream test.exe to output a multichannel wav file, put it in your sound editor of choice and play around with it however you want.

I noticed that test.exe also comes with an option to output one single stereo channel pair (-number), but I can't get it to work.
I'm using "test -o M3_BGM_Airship_edit.wav -1 M3_BGM_Airship_edit.bfstm" but it always tells me "unknown option -- 1".

Does anybody know the right command?

Splashman? I tried that... but it didn't work. And I used the latest vgmstream (or at least the latest version I have).
