EDIT: I think the electric guitar is from here as well!

- Many thanks for the Google Spreadsheet in the first post, @AceK!

- @alimu
That just might be the case, alimu! Good find!
Can anybody confirm that these sounds didn't appear in earlier SoundCanvas models? And on a separate note, does FR/LG have more instruments than RS? If so, that would support the theory.

- also @alimu
Do you know if any soundfont or VST exists for the SD-90? alexnaveira and I looked, the closest thing we could find was a "THFont.sf2", which doesn't have any drums.
EDIT:
@Master_E: I think FRLG has more instruments, since there are additional drums and guitars not heard in Ruby and Sapphire. But that's just from what I've been told.

- Anyone else think this snare from Gradius III:
https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B2F_6z23ujF6TmdXYjRaX0pJSjA
Might be a TR-707 snare with some heavy reverb applied?
https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B2F_6z23ujF6QnJRbzFWU3Q2UXM
This is a hunch I've had for a while, but never been able to fully commit to saying one way or the other, so I'd like some opinions. I do know that the crash cymbal in arcade Turtles In Time was from the TR-707, so Konami was using it around that time.
I've also sort of thought that the bass drum:

Might be from the Korg M1:

The open hi-hat is definitely from the M1, but I've never been able to really decide whether I think that's the right bass drum or not.

- Music from Pokemon by PokeMusic at 12:19 PM EDT on May 8, 2016
- What VSTs were used in making these sounds in Pokémon Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire and X/Y?
More specifically
- the synth lead in the Psychic music in ORAS that sounds like a heavily distorted synth church organ or electric guitar.
- the accordion in Professor Sycamore's theme in X/Y.
- the rock organ in the Trick House in ORAS.
- the organ in May in ORAS.
- the sawtooth lead (not really a lead since it is polyphonic, and not a pad because it has a percussive attack) in the ORAS PokéMart theme

- Ocarina of Time's Tambourine comes from a EMU Emax. The Super Mario 64 Sitars may be on there as well, though I'm not fully familiar with that game. I think there is something from Twilight Princess on there as well.
SM64 Sitars?

OoT Tambourine
Twilight Princess related?

- That doesn't sound like the SM64 sitars to me.

- Yeah, I wouldn't know that well. I currently can't check the game either.
