@Nisto
Ugh. That is almost exactly like this sample that I've been searching for for years as well! This one comes from Winback and I believe is used in Star Fox 64.

@punk7890-2: ah, your sample is from Distorted Reality I. It's called HOLLOW TUB. You may recognize it if you go up 1 octave. Before I recognized it myself, while I was playing around, I realized it's used in Twilight Princess, too. So thanks for that! Can't remember which track exactly though, maybe the fire temple?

@Nisto Woah! Nice find! It really is from Winback and also used in Star Fox 64. Can't believe I missed that and I already have that library. Seems like Spectrasonics stuff was popular back then.

I can confirm what Enclave123 said. It is indeed in Sound Canvas VA. On the SC-88Pro/SC-8820 side you can find it there.

I can also confirmed that the organ from blast corps or any rareware game is in the sound canvas VA.

It call Rotary Org.F

You can find it on the organ section on SC 8820

Ahh. I love it when you know something the other don't and you can both help each other.. Now I just need some way to dig into the Sound Canvas samples again. What do you guys use these days? Do one of you own a module, or do ya'll use the VST or something?

@Nisto
I only own the VST, even if I can't use it, but you probably already know that.
A Big Request by G-Boy at 10:11 AM EST on December 2, 2016
Perhaps it's too much to ask, but it would be very interesting to hear the MIDI of Godot's theme from Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Trials and Tribulations played with the SC-88Pro sound map from the Roland Sound Canvas VA. If somebody owns that VST on this forum, could they please play this MIDI (I'm sorry for the Swedish name) with the SC-88Pro sound map and share it on this forum? It would be very nice.
by Ghignarda at 1:48 PM EST on December 2, 2016
I don't have that VST, but I do have a Roland Integra, which I would expect would draw the same sounds as the SC-88Pro.

@Nisto I only have the VST. I'd really love a Roland JV 1010 someday... one can dream. Though, I'm not even sure how to set one up.

@G-Boy here is a comparison to what Ghignarda posted. Grab it here. Some stuff is a bit louder and has a small tonality difference.
