Does anyone here have Polestar Magnetics The X-Static Goldmine?
by Terry93D at 7:33 PM EDT on May 12, 2017
Anyone know what library/ies was used in the first Breath of Fire game on the SNES? Or, for that matter, Fossil Echo (and other games by John Robert Matz)?

Also wondering about what was used in Code of Princess.

Looking back through recent posts in this thread, it seems someone has access to an SR-JV80-04 Vintage Synth card. By any chance, does patch #247 on that card, "Medusa", sound anything like this? Wanting to confirm a lead I got off of a video comment long ago.
by XaikuTheMaverickHunter at 10:14 PM EDT on May 13, 2017
@felineki I have the SR-JV80-04 library, and I don't recall that sound being there, but I'd have to double check.

I have a Roland Juno-Gi if anyone wants me to check some patches on it

Jv1080 Expansion Card Update by Enclave123 at 3:51 PM EDT on May 14, 2017
I am finally buying the Jv80 world expansion board and i can't wait to find some samples that might seen useful for research and source on some certain VG tracks.

I hope to demo these sounds when i get the card out of the mail.

Just played this one for a bit and was reminded of this sample.

Ganbare Goemon 4 for SFC uses a guitar riff sample right from the beginning of this song:

Soccer Kid for the 3do has the same sample 28secs into this video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ypc2c-_NB4Y

Anyone recognize it? I thought a possible lead would be the Zero-G Funk Guitar set since that was a popular sample set for guitar leads back then (Rayman used a few of them I think). Can't find a download anywhere though.
