The third sample you linked sounds a little like that accompanied instrument (might be a sitar as well I don't know) that plays along with the main sitar at this point of that video.

The beginning little jingle in Maritime Memory is Japanese Android (I think that's what it's called) from Omnisphere
BW Subway Trainer by icecream at 10:35 AM EDT on May 16, 2016
We know that the Pokemon games nowadays use a lot of Stylus RMX, so maybe reporting on such individual findings isn't really that conducive, but the loop in the Subway Trainer theme (which is the same as the loop in the gen 5 World Champion theme) is actually the original Amen Break. As in, the one from the 1960s by the Winstons! How do we classify this? And are there any similar cases in other games?
Vocal organ in MKDS? by jimbo1qaz at 6:30 PM EDT on May 16, 2016
Does anyone know the source of the "vocal/percussive" organ in Mario Kart DS?

Example here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OD5GsDb_Cus
It's in the MKDS soundfont. I also have it in one of my remix soundfonts here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/51ayebywq0xemno/ds_rainbow_road_v3.sf2?dl=1

I don't know which sound they are specifically, but check either Roland Fantom X (they have demos of each sound at SynthMania) or Korg Triton (unfortunately I can't find any good demos but I heard SM3DW might've used it, I can't prove that though)
