Probably because people are busy, or they do not have the right system version on their 3DS.

P&D uses 7.x NCCH crypto, doesn't it? You should be able to decrypt the RomFS straight from your PC now that the keyscrambler is figured out.

You won't be able to get the banner sound from the ExeFS, though, as that uses the old crypto which we don't have the keyX for.

Decrypt without needing the 3DS? Well shoot, that's a lifesaver. I need to start looking at 3DS stuff again soon anyway for Sm4sh.
