NoWool's pack (from here in 2019) might be more complete.
You can convert to wav using foobar2000; install the foo_psf component, add the files and you can right click and select Convert.

- Recently, a new Japanese foobar2000 component (Mednafen PSF Decoder) was uploaded to the upload.jp foobar2000 components page.
It requires some steps to get it running, detailed in the readme.txt file.

- Ah that's too bad, wished i could get in touch.
I noticed in the release notes that they were planning to investigate about the current Xenogears rip "issue" where some tracks have some unwanted noise at start.
Turns out it's just a broken driver issue, nothing wrong with the component itself.
The current set also doesn't work on real hardware.
I've been working on a re-rip last year which work just fine where the current one fails.
