@Zetto Kuzuuya Dragonball Z Budokai uses ADX files, which are basically MP3 files. So no, you can't rip the soundfonts from DBZ Budokai, because it doesn't have any soundfonts.

What of Music on the 3ds? Like Dai Gyakuten Saiban and Project X zone? I have heard the use a midi format of some sort, though I doubt it.

@Zetto Kuzuuya Sorry, I really don't know much about the 3DS. There are some games that use MIDI, like Ocarina of Time 3D, but others like Animal Crossing New Leaf use pre-recorded music files. I don't know how to check it though, there are people a lot more skilled than me when it comes to sample-ripping.
