How the hell do I use this?

The command-line help displays the usage and available options, and there are some examples in the readme.

Basic usage is something like: vgaudiocli.exe input.wav output.brstm

Whenever I get something that involves command prompt or powershell, I just type "program -?" e.g. "VGAudioCli -?"
It usually helps (literally).
