to be more specific, i want the world 9 and the underwater theme midi.

Well unless someone has specifically made those ones, vgmusic.com is usually your only bet. Try searching through the new files section as there's usually quite a bit there not uploaded to the official pages yet.

Couldn't find one for world 9, but there is a piano-only version of the underwater theme on this website.
