Midway tended to do that alot of their n64 ports because that's what they did with their arcade titles. As for fully streamed n64 music, wasn't Sin and Punishment streamed?

@hcs Actually, the vocals in those games are just waveforms triggered by MIDI notes. Or I would assume because that’s how Great Mighty Poo works, and the same goes for the DK Rap.

Also the credits theme from Harmony of Dissonance may have been streamed, as I'm not sure if it was of a quality that could be achieved by software synthesis and samples on the GBA.

Harmony of Dissonance's title screen sample and ending credits are contiguous samples so yes they are pretty much "streamed" for the most part.

GBAMusRipper even rips it the same way. It's just a single note playing a very long sample.
