This brings up a question I've had for a long time. How do you change your system settings so that it displays characters instead of a bunch of "?" when viewing a non-english page? It makes it sort of hard to navigate the page when that's all I see (not that I can read any other language or anything).

Usually the page will ask you if you want to install a foreign font. I'm not sure how to do it otherwise... or does Windows Update have that option?

In other news, E.G.G. is up. I think it's all there, if someone who gets it could check the sfv and let me know that'd ease my mind (I'm not waiting to download the whole 100 MB again myself).

On xp, it's in the control panel's regional settings. Just install east asian language support.
