I thought this image, and song, were too awesome not to share them. The original flash can be found at the Gainax website. The image (extracted from the SWF) can be found here, and the song can be found here.

I really liked how the various retro references were used (see the Famicom on his head? Is that a Virtual Boy for the visor?). Apparently, they're not too fond of the current-gen consoles though (there's even a Wii building there), as they appear to be crumbling/burning.

Anyway, please enjoy. Mouser X over and out.

Random dialogue imagined while walking home from shoe store yesterday (based on a term I misremembered from here):

(Taking a class on vampire anatomy)
Teacher: The most important thing is to not waste time trying to stake the nonvital organs. For instance, the Dark Liver of Decay--

Student: That sounds pretty vital!

Teacher: Vital? Hardly. Being an evil organ, the Dark Liver's only function is to scheme against the other organs. Moving on, the Abominable Cavity also contains the Spleen--

Student: Oh, I know this one!

Teacher: Only because I'm intentionally mispronouncing it. The "ee" is really more of a five hour wailing sound, and I am trying to get through this lecture in thirty minutes, so please stop interrupting.

One more reason to use Win7: now old games like SC and War2BNE work.

i am currently spending my time bored shitless as my computer is out of action. I have the ill-fated "missing or corrupt hal.dll" error on startup, so either my windows installation/boot sector is botched or my hard drive is toast. i suspect the latter... shit sucks.
