I want to translate the voices of the game zatch bell mamodo battles into Spanish, I opened the file with psound, I could also play and convert .wav files, but I could not import them.
Does anyone know with what tools I could import my own files?

I've helped others do this work before and came up with a simple extraction+replacement tool:
https://github.com/Nisto/ps2-bankmod

But you will need the accompanying .HD file in addition to the .BD file. And in order to import new sounds, you need to use third party software (e.g. Awave Studio, VAGEdit, etc.) to convert them to .VAG first.
