I've ripped Sega Rally from the physical disc with EAC a few years ago. FLAC including log and cue of course.

Just curious though, what process is used for redbook audio rips (obviously not just putting CD into iTunes and clicking convert to WAV)?

The best way I know of is to use EAC and set it up properly. I don't believe this will work for ISOs in a virtual drive however.
