Need assistance in ripping music from R-Type Tactics II PSP by blood_falcon at 10:18 PM EDT on September 20, 2019

Hi Guys, do any of you know how to join .mid/.phd/.pbd into one single file of .at3 or .psfp?

I am extracting CMN.DAT from R-Type Tactics II, but it only comes out as .PHD, .MID and .PBD.

I checked inside vgmtoolbox official thread here, there is an PSF Packer, but no binaries and no tutorial for repacking .mid/.phd/.pbd.

Would anyone be so kind to help me?
