HVG comes from the PS2, while HWX comes from the Xbox port. I would like to make these playable as a favor for a friend.

Xbox version is Xbox ADPCM, PS2 version is Sony ADPCM. No header data or anything, both are just raw ADPCM.

codec = PSX
channels = 1
sample_rate = 11025
num_samples = data_size

Replace 'PSX' w/ 'XBOX' for the hwx.
Probably inaccurate but still playable.

Update. .hwx does not play in foobar, not even with the .txth
