I haven't visited the site in a while, but when I tried the other day, I just got a DreamHost placeholder page. That site was the best resource for complete RSN sets with properly named and tagged tracks, so it would be a shame if it went away.

External forums are still dead though, and the site wasn't being updated. It's sad. Good thing most of the content can be found on joshw.

I recently updated the Seiken Densetsu 3 entry with the official english name, Trials of Mana. Only wish I could set the year of its official release correctly to 2019. That sadly was not a selectable year, so was left as 0000.

I'm sorry, it was my problem. I have HTTPS Everywhere installed in my browser, and that was causing the site to fail to load. I turned it off for the site and it works again. Discovered it when I ran into the same problem on another site.
