Alright, I waited a few months to see if things went back to normal, but I still can't upload any files. It's different from before though, I says it's uploaded but when I check the directory listing it's not there. Can anyone explain what's going on?

Nevermind, it was because the file had a $ in the name. I really think that should be on the upload page or I'm a moron and never saw it anywhere.
