Ok so you're using MG driver 4.2.0 here, which has parameters that can be easily tweaked using PSFoCycle.
Launch PSFoCycle -> Add.. -> open your .psflib files (with file type set to all so you can select them).

Parameters -> Playback Amount -> Modify... -> Set to 1 -> Ok -> Ok.

Adjust your length tags a bit where needed and you're done. :)

Once again you have my thanks. I think that settles everything so I'll get to work on finalizing this rip.
