If I'm not mistaken, MKDD uses a mix of sequence and streamed audio. Sequenced music for the various menu elements, streamed for everything else. The streams have already been ripped long ago, but conversions of the sequences, I have no idea. You could check the Musyx thread since the game probably uses that, but I don't know if it's still active.
